Times of Growth

| It seems that sometimes are better than others for growth. Sometimes it is as easy as planting a seed in the spring time and waiting for it to sprout; other times it feels like we are trying to plant a seed in frozen ground that is covered with 3 feet of snow. Seeds sprout in ground that is not frozen or hard just as growth comes in hearts that are not frozen or hard.

Sometimes the Light Bulb...

| burns out. It's not that the switch is not on and it's not that the power is not on. It is that the light bulb has burnt out. Sometimes we do the same thing in life over and over and the end results change. We've flipped that switch a hundred times and it always worked but for some reason it just didn't work this time. Have you ever done something that you enjoy doing and for some reason that particular day it just isn't as fun? What you expected to get out of it just wasn't there. The truth of the matter is that we all experience times when things don't turn out like we had thought or sometimes previously experienced. Next time it happens don't get to worried just change out the bulb, the battery, or if it happens to be really bad today your bed time.

Once their gone...

| I read an email today that talked about certain things that once they are gone they are gone. It said time, opportunities and one other thing that I can't remember. With some opportunities once they are gone they are gone, however there will always be opportunities to help others in need. This help can include a simple smile or hello, sharing your time and talents and many many more things. Don't let past opportunities to help others that are lost ruin your future oppotunities to help others.
